Common questions
Is Journify available yet?
Not quite. Early access for UK practices opens in 2027, starting with a small group of practices we'll set up personally.

Who is Journify for?
Independent therapy practices in the UK, from one therapist to clinics of about 50 staff.
Six professions are fully set up at launch: physiotherapy, psychology, counselling, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and multidisciplinary clinics. Osteopaths, podiatrists, CBT therapists, dietitians and others start from the nearest pack while their own is built.
Do admin staff need a paid seat?
No. Anyone who doesn't see clients or write clinical records is free, so receptionists, practice managers and bookkeepers cost nothing.
Solo includes one free admin user. Practice and Clinic have no limit.
Can I invoice an insurer, a solicitor or a local authority?
Yes, on every plan. Each funder gets its own rates, authorisations, purchase orders and session budget, and Journify warns you before the authorised sessions run out.
Solo includes up to 3 funder contracts. Practice and Clinic have no limit.
Can I run video sessions in Journify?
Journify doesn't host video calls. Online appointments carry a link to Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or whatever you already use, and the client gets it automatically.
Where is my data stored?
In UK data centres, including backups, logs and AI processing. Our security page lists every company we use and where each one keeps data.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. You can export all of it yourself, at any time, at no cost.
